Add evolution. Add velocity.
A little less conversation a little more action.
Digital Transformation (“DX”) has winners and losers, new roles are created, old roles are lost. Where job losses are expected, CEO leadership and communication are critical success factors. Getting communication right is hard. DX initiatives generally end up late, over budget and out-of-date by the time they are delivered. PowerPoint dominates the planning and presentation market. Microsoft research shows approx 300 million PowerPoint presentations are generated daily. An average of 35 million presentations averaging 4 hours are given every day to audiences of 500 million - the average audience member tends to tune out after10mins. Microsoft believes the production and presentation of poorly resolved PowerPoints directly translates to losses of $250m per day. This figure does not include the downstream cost of project failure. Perhaps it is not so surprising that only 30% of DX projects actually succeed.
Our clients make one simple process change to double the chances of success of their DX iniative. They limit powerpoint presentations to the known ten minute attention span of audiences and use the saved time to build, present and gather feedback on their prototype applications during the meeting.
Rapid prototyping 2x's project success.
Our Prototype Workshop software enables innovators to build systems and applications more quickly then drafting the average PowerPoint presentation, flow diagram or project backlog. Rather than imagining what an end solution could look like, teams meet to play with, refine and perfect systems and applications. User feedback is oxygen to project success, oxygen that enables solutions to evolve in line with business goals.
Increase RoI on DX budgets.
Our Innovation-as-a-Service business model aligns RoI on innovation budgets with those of business stakeholders. The prototype, test, improve approach enables our clients to continually assess project performance against measurable RoIs. Evolve ideas quickly and cheaply with prototypes. Invest to scaling prototypes on the basis of customer feedback and project success.

Digitisation, process automation and AI are game changers. Successful uptake drives new high value customer services, reliable MIS & lower fuel bills.

Digital-Paper hybrid systems.
It may seem heretical for a software company to say it but paper based processes will always have a place in mission critical systems. Paper processes are tried and true in crisis conditions. Paper does not run out of batteries nor does it need to connect to the internet to work. Total cost of ownership remains comparatively low compared to the digital equivalent. As a data silo however paper poses a significant challenge for transport companies looking to improve MIS and execute DX programmes. Accurate, available data is a prerequisite for foundation DX technologies such as robotic process automation and AI. As such the paper problem has to be considered and addressed as a priority. We provide a range of low cost, ruggedised hybrid digital-paper form solutions for the transportation industry.
Robotic process automation.
Robotic process automation ("RPA") services are simple, powerful programs that automate manual steps in business processes - reconciling spreadsheets, or formatting reports for example. We combine RPAs with AI capability such as natural language processing, deep learning and network analysis. The combination of these services are called Assistants. DX Assistants improve customer journeys, can offer new scheduling and tracking services; streamline operational processes for employees and improve data quality and interfaces for management. The resultant MIS improvements provide business leaders with the insight they need to make better decisions.
AI supply chain.
Our Networkscan AI service integrates legacy systems with third party data sources, to reveal a digital, explorable and modifiable representation of an organisation, its supply chain and other connected information. Networkscan reveals single points of failure, inefficiencies, knowledge, risks and opportunities within an organisations available data sets.
DX. Financial Services.
Knowing Your Customer is more than compliance. Put customers at the center of the digital businesses and deploy AI to serve them as individuals, not segments.
Frictionless, compliant digital distribution.
Compliance is a headwind and an incentive to DX.
Financial Services is a highly regulated sector requiring real time data gathering, processing and reporting to multiple regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions - securities, insurance and information regulators for example. The role of compliance in the sector has changed beyond all recognition in the years following the financial crisis of 2008. The scope and complexity of the modern FS legal and compliance ecosystem is a significant operational challenge for global financial services enterprises attempting digital transformation. Bluntly, cost of compliance is significant and directly borne by the customer both in terms of their experience (lengthy, costly on-boarding processes) as well as hard dollar cost built into each and every product and service sold. RPA and AI are ideally suited technologies to tackle both elements of this customer burden - DX Evolution team is deeply experienced in developing on boarding and monitoring solutions for enterprises of all sizes.
On-boarding to sale within 5 minutes
The most effective digital retail sales processes are completed by customers in under 5 minutes. Streamlining on-boarding is a key first step in achieving this 5 minute target. To accomplish this first step we integrate identity information gathering and validation services into one seamless process governed by a customer facing AI assistant. The AI gathers data for the customer ensuring that they do not have to leave the application to find information from external sources (companies house for example). The second step in the process is guiding the customer to the product and sales team most appropriate to their needs given their regulatory type. This step is supported by our platforms real-time pricing and analytics engine which enable clients to flex product terms to their needs. The third step of the process is signature capture, documentation exchange and payments processing. This step is handled by our DX Master system which provides access control, encrypted e-signature, contract generation and payments handling (one-off and subscription).
Build digital distribution channels in weeks not months
Success rate for new financial products is around 5%. For every twenty financial products launched, three products become marginally commercially sustainable and only one becomes commercially important. The increased complexity and cost of product launch given the compliance environment is a significant operational barrier to innovation, growth and the traditional approach to digital transformation. DX Master, Prototype Studio and our approach to customer success in FS is conceived to streamline the product launch process whilst remaining strongly compliant. DX Master and Prototype Workbench enable our customers to design, build and integrate digital sales and back-office systems for new product lines in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost of buying or building conventional systems. Customer facing and back-office systems can be built in parallel and integrated with DX Master to ensure enterprise grade security governance and control. Thanks to our integration partner, Zapier integrations are a doddle for both new and old applications.
